During our time with
Addameer we had the
opportunity to meet with Palestinian families of
prisoners being currently held in Israeli
detention facilities.
The vigil and hunger strike is being held because
of the human rights violations that occur on a
regular basis in these prisons.
Some of these mothers and
wives haven't been
allowed to see their loved ones for years
because of Israeli administrative red tape.
